What do you have to consider for returns and complaints:

You can return goods ,which you don´t like and you haven´t used/worn yet, back to us within 14 days. Send the item in a suitable box and with enough postage to:

When the package arrives at our shop, you have the following possibilities:

- You get the whole retail price refunded

- You can choose a different item

- You receive a credit toward your next purchase


As there are large differences in transport costs, inform yourself with the various courier services (local mail, GLS, DPD, etc.) of the incurred costs for you, because we only accept parcels with sufficient postage. Parcels with insufficient postage will not be accepted.

Of course you can return items directly in our store. 

If we have sent you a wrong item or the item is flawed or damaged, the whole shipping costs will be refunded to you.

For complaints please contact us in advance by mail. 

To speed up the settlement of a complaint concerning a manufacturer, e.g. a production error, you can send us a picture of the defective product in the same mail.

We will inform you as soon as possible about how to proceed in this matter.
